Plan
- AOK: http://www.aok.dk
See/Do
- If you want to experience it like a Dane, rent a bike one day and bike around town!
- Watch the guards change in Amalienborg (arrive before noon), and visit the little mermaid which is not too far from there
- Designmuseum Danmark
- The gardens of Tivoli a little later in the day
- Nyhavn is a nice street with a canal, restaurants and nice boats. Try an open sandwich (“smørrebrød”) – Told Og Snaps restaurant! From Nyhavn there is boat trips going around Copenhagen but I would only go on it if it’s nice weather.
- Get an old fashioned ice cream in a cone with “guf” and “flødebolle” on top
- Christiania, a guided tour is available. This part of Copenhagen is its own little city and its just a really cool, special place! If you like to smoke weed this is also the place to go. Nice gardens and special houses.
