London Itineraries

While making your plans for a trip to London, take a look at some itineraries you can start planning your trip with.

  1. Chelsea and South Kensington:
    • Get to Sloan Square Station
    • Visit Saatchi Gallery
    • Walk south on King’s Rd. street
    • Turn right to South Kensington Station / Exhibition Rd.
    • Visit V&ANatural History or Science Museums (check what’s on but all are recommended)
    • Continue north on Exhibition Rd. to Hyde Park
  2. Camden Market & Regent Park
    • Get to Camden Town Station
    • Start in Camden and Stables Markets
    • Walk along Regent Canal
    • Admire the view from Primrose Hill, have a coffee like a local on Regent’s Park Rd.
    • Walk down to Regent’s Park
    • Visit Marylebone, a beautiful local neighbourhood (Walk along Marylebone High street), optional: The Wallace Collection (an 18th century art in a stunning private estate)
  3. Center
    • Get to Oxford Circus Station
    • Mayfair: Walk along Regent’s street, visit modern art galleries: https://ldnt.co/2017/10/22/galleries-mayfair/
    • Soho: Liberty (150 years old & beautiful department store), Carnaby Street (cool shopping street), Kingly’s Court (restaurants), lot’s of great shops and restaurants. West side – touristy, East side – funky
    • Covent Garden: charming shopping and dinning area
    • Go south till Embankment station to see the river
  4. Southbank
    • Get to London Bridge Station
    • Visit Borough Market
    • Walk along the river, visit Tate Modern gallery (great view from the 10th floor of Blavatnik Building)
    • Continue east to London Eye and Palace of Westminster (across the river)
  5. Shoreditch
    • Get off Liverpool Street Station or Shoreditch High Street (Overground)
    • Visit Brick Lane market (Sunday only)
    • Visit The Old Truman Brewery (cool venue, check what’s on)
    • Visit Old Spitalfields Market
  6. King’s Cross / St. Pancras
    • Get to King’s Cross / St. Pancras Station – admire both stations (nice architecture)
    • Visit Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard (new beautiful areas for shopping and dinning)
    • Optional: The Wellcome Collection (near by gallery)
  7. Notting Hill
    • Admire the architecture of the neighbourhood
    • Have coffee like a local on Westbourne Grove
    • Portobello Market (open every day except Sunday)
